Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band situated out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his childhood pal, Spencer Smiths (drums), which include their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
